Our brasserie
At the heart of the Old Town of Nice, facing the Palais de Justice and a stone's throw from Cours Saleya and the Opera House,
the Bozzi "brasserie" opened its doors one fine day in July 2022 with a desire to offer its guests an enchanting getaway. All day long, from 8 a.m. to midnight, Bozzi proposes refined cuisine giving a place of honour to fresh and local products, and offerings made on the premises.
For breakfast, the choice is very enticing: hot chocolate, black coffee or capuccino, tea or freshly squeezed orange juice, to accompany breads, pancakes, "croissants", "pain au chocolat", granola or scrambled eggs.
For lunch, and those in a hurry, Bozzi transforms itself into a traditional Parisian bistro serving starters and main dishes cooked with real love: egg mimosa with truffle and Bottlenose tuna, smoked salmon, homemade pork sausage, fillet of trout from Le Cians, fast-fried calf's head… Those with more time will opt for a fillet of sea-bass, risotto with octopus and creamy squash, sweetbread, or rabbit with mustard… Dishes that recall traditional family cooking, like Proust's "petites madeleines".
At the cocktail hour, with or without alcohol, cocktail, wine and beer glasses sparkle in the sunlight that is slowly beginning to fade. The relaxed and friendly ambiance is conducive to conversations and bursts of laughter. Dinner arrives to prolong these precious moments.
As for decor, Bozzi plays the ace of timeless elegance. Its large terrace plays host to tables and chairs in colourful wickerwork, typical of Parisian cafés, while the main dining-room offers a comfortable, warm atmosphere: tables, chairs and benchseats on a very pretty terrazzo floor. One wall in wood, another with wall-paper. Shades of beige, brown and black blend together harmoniously.
The overall theme plays on the geometrical forms of the furnishings, patterns on the walls, and decorative objects. The lighting is subtle. On the other side, a second room in bistro style provides the same charm for its guests.
